Frequently Asked Questions
Is this really free? Well, we don't charge you anything. The only catch is that you and everyone who participates
in one of your groups calls will be calling a regular toll number (not a toll-free/1-800), so if you or they
do not have an all-inclusive calling plan, long-distance or toll charges may apply through your or
their phone carrier.
We might also be coming up with optional paid services in the future, too. We'll let you know about those when
we have them. But this is a totally free product; you can use it as much and for as long as you want.
How many calls can I make? As many as you like. There is no limit to the number of calls you can have per
account or the number of access codes you can sign up for.
How many people can be in a call? Right now you can have a maximum of 250 people in a single call.
How long can a call be? There is no current call limit, however we reserve the right to curtail any
usage that we consider abusive.
Are you going to sell my email information? No. We will send you an occasional email with information about the
web site, the services being offered and changes that are made to the network. (See privacy policy)
Can I use a calling card to call the bridge? Yes. You may also use 10-10### services to connect at favorable rates.
Can International callers participate? Basically anyone who can dial a US telephone number should be able to
dial into your conference number.
Is this a VoIP service like Skype or Vonage? No. Our free conferencing uses the same phone network that you use everyday.
